When will I get my order?

Is shipping complimentary?

Yes. Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders.

Shipments are sent via UPS Ground, providing reliable and secure delivery.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii may require additional transit time due to location and carrier routing.

What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible, fragrances must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging intact. This ensures every piece in our collection meets the standards of care our clients expect.

How do I return an order?

We kindly ask that you obtain a shipping receipt with a tracking number for your records, as Norieh is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

What happens once my return is received?

Once your return arrives, it will be carefully inspected.
Approved returns are then processed and refunded to the original payment method.

Please allow a short processing period following inspection for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Are return shipping costs covered?

Return shipping expenses are not reimbursable.

$25 return processing fee is applied to all approved refunds. This reflects the care involved in verification, handling, and inspection.
