What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible, fragrances must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging intact. This ensures every piece in our collection meets the standards of care our clients expect.


How do I return an order?

Clients may return their order by shipping it to:

We kindly ask that you obtain a shipping receipt with a tracking number for your records, as NORIEH is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


What happens once my return is received?

Once your return arrives, it will be carefully inspected.
Approved returns are then processed and refunded to the original payment method.

Please allow a short processing period following inspection for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Are return shipping costs covered?

Return shipping expenses are not reimbursable. A $25 return processing fee is deducted from approved refunds to cover return handling, inspection, and processing.

This fee does not apply when a return is due to an error by NORIEH or an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact Client Care before sending your return.
